The average wind speed was 5.0 mph, with a highest speed of 32 mph occurring on the 8th from a northerly direction, and on the 11th from a southwesterly direction.

Barrow's mean monthly temperature was 33.7°F, in June 2014, -1.9°F below the normal of 35.6°F normal. The highest temperature this month was recorded on the 29th and 30th, at 47°F, while the coldest temperature was a below freezing (22°F) on the 1st.
Precipitation was higher than normal, at 1.47" for the month, 1.15" above the normal of 0.32", which also made June the wettest June on record for Barrow, breaking the 1955 record of 1.15". Strongly Contributing to this record were the 0.49" that fell on the 23rd, more than doubling the old 1954 record for that day of 0.21", and the 0.31" on the 27th that broke the old 1957 record of 0.21". Trace or more precipitation was recorded on 25 days of the month. Snowfall totaled 0.9", for the month, which was 0.2" above normal. The average wind speed for the month was 10.8 mph, with a monthly high wind speed of 33 mph on the 1st, from a northeasterly direction.
Delta Junction was cooler than normal, (-3.4°F) with a monthly mean temperature of 54.2°F. The highest temperature for the month was 78°F on the 29th, while the lowest was 38°F on the 1st.
Precipitation was heavier than normal, with 5.00" observed, 216% of the normal 2.31". Two daily records for precipitation were set this month, with 1.61" recorded on the 18th breaking 1966 record of 0.94, and on the 19th, where 0.81" of precipitation fell, breaking the 0.59" from 2005.

7.48" of precipitation was recorded, 231% of the normal amount of 3.24", which also made June 2014 the wettest June on record, breaking the old record of 6.69" from 2012. Three days exceeded 1", and three new daily rainfall records were also set: on the 8th (1.54"), 9th (0.50") and 20th (1.13"). Ketchikan's mean monthly temperature was 54.7°F, just 0.6°F above the expected 54.1°F. The highest temperature for the month was 71°F on the 26th, while the lowest was 42°F, also on the 26th.
Precipitation totaled 12.25", 5.65" over the 6.60" expected. A massive 5.45" of the monthly precipitation was recorded on the 22nd, shattering the 1956 record of 1.74". This is also the rainiest June day on record for Ketchikan, topping the 4.96" on June 1st, 1970.
The monthly mean temperature for King Salmon was 50.4°F in June, -1.1°F below normal. The highest temperature for the month was 75°F on the 25th, while the lowest was 28°F on the 3rd. This represents a new record low, breaking the 1982 record low of 32°F for that day, further the 32°F recorded on the 16th tied the old 1970 record low for that day.
